Do we know the trucking company's name that ships our JLs? Maybe if we have the company name we can try tracking it ourselves on the internet

Most likely they use different companies because of their nationwide distribution so it'll be even harder to nail which one was delivering yours. I know someone in the forum was able to track down what scheduled train was delivering his but i didnt follow upto see how accurate it was.

I did a quick check with chat last night after I saw no update on the sheet. Dylan, who had been somewhat helpful in the past with other, came of as quite curt and dismissive. I’m wondering if there are changes in what they’ve been told they can convey?

I got the same from Dylan last night, he was much more scripted this time around.

Rubicon VLS handles the logistics for FCA from Toledo to final destination (yes thats the companies real name). A whole network of rail, truck, and even boat is used to get the vehicles to end point. They are the ones who decide what routing the vehicles need to take. If you search you can find the portal on the net to track everything we want, we just dont have a dealer login :cwl:

Wow. I ordered on 1-16 and my dealer just told me that my Jeep has arrived and I can pick up tomorrow - Happy Valentines Day to Me!!!!

So according to Jeep Chat, I made it through Frame (E) and Paint (F) in the night, and am currently in Trim (G). Not sure how I feel about being built across two shifts... But hey there was movement, one step closer to driving my new JLUR.......

They typically ask for name and address. Sometimes they ask for the last 8 of your VIN (which you have already entered); sometimes the whole VIN; I've never had them ask for a phone number. Another Houstonian on the forum. Welcome.

God forbid someone else who happened to have my VIN from a preproduction car would want to know the stage of manufacture!

It's about 50/50 they ask me for the address. Last night Dylan asked me for approximate mileage. WTAF? I asked, "mileage?" but I got no response to that question. Maybe he was just off his game, or drunk.
