McClarty/Daniels in Rogers, Ark. finally has a few on the lot. 2 Rubi's, 1 Sahara and a sport... I didn't go with the Black wheels. My thinking was they are nice but not $900 better. Well IMO they are $900 better. Really nice. Again. Much better in person. Jeep pretty much nailed it IMO.

Both of the Rubicons that you have seen in person have the optional wheels. I understand that they look better in person (I actually really like them on the Black Rubicons I’ve seen pictures of), but without seeing the standard wheels in person, you believe they are worth $900 extra bucks? I still don’t think I would spend the extra money (I might if they were wider), but the look is growing on me.

I thought they looked so good on the black. After seeing the stock wheels on Dyno’s JLUR, I changed my order to the stock.

Good point. I ordered the standard Rubi wheels which I think look great. Looking at both of them when building mine on Jeep.com my thinking was the Black doesn't look any better than the standard wheels. I'll save the money. Then I saw the Black in person today and thought maybe not. they look awesome but.... Like you say. I still haven't seen the standard rubi wheels in person. they may be just as cool. I wish they would have one of each to compare. Ha!! They could have had Green wheels on em and I'd thought they looked great.

Thank you. Originally I chose the red, but the second order switched to Granite. So far, every color I’ve seen in pics looks great!

Yes. They all look great. Can't go wrong. I wish they had made the Sting-Gray available when the Blue and Nacho came out a few days ago. They had a couple Destroyer Gray Dodge cars there. Rumor is that's what the Sting-Gray will look like.

When I was researching my buy, I looked for Sting-gray everywhere and couldn’t find a pic until a thread in this forum. Sweet color! That color with some black wheels

Are we thinking painted top was the delay on some of the early orders? I ordered my painted top billet rubi on Oct 31, and only got built last week.

I jumped straight from von list to E was there for day then to I then have been in I for 5 almost 6 days. Ordered 1/2
