And what I've read on the warranty thing is, if you get the Mopar lift installed at a dealer there's a warranty on the lift kit itself. If you get it installed by a third party shop then no warranty. Personally, I don't think there's much to worry about on the kit itself. I'm perfectly comfortable installing it myself. Then just have to go get an alignment.

Now if you get a lift kit installed and you have an issue with, say, the drivetrain. It appears to be a crap-shoot and mostly comes down to individual dealers and whether or not they want to go to bat for you with Jeep/FCA.

Drive over to Cali, I'll do it for free. ;)

Actually, I've seen some people get the Mopar lift installed at a dealer for as little as $500. The Mopar docs say it's a 2 (maybe 2.5) hour job. It shouldn't cost $1500 IMHJO.
Sorry but both my dealership and my Offroad shop say it takes almost 10 hrs from start to finish including the wheels and tires

No way to can one remove and replace in 2.5 hrs .....all do respect

correct ...they can make you or break you

But that applies to no lift as well

sorry ...Yes the 2" Fox is the Mopar lift kit and they run around 1450.00 plus labor around 1500.00

My first set of Tires plus the wheels and the lift kit and all labor ran me about 6K
I’ve priced the wheels, tires, and lift..about $5300

Awww! Thank you. If I didn’t have so many miles on her already, I’d take you up on that!

Ive seen a tube vid of the mopar lift being installed on a fresh JL, it does NOT take 10 hours, no way. 3 TOPS with a lift and shop full of tools. Its all bolt on, its easy peasy for a shop.
