What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Installed my Westin Rock sliders today https://amzn.to/2SPm7cE. I like them so far. Wish they sat a tad hire to cover pinch seam better. I may apply a rubber coating to pinch seem to line-x the area that angles down to pinch seam.

I have the same sliders and used anti slip tape to cover the pinch seam. It blends in perfectly.

Installed running boards, winch, stinger, bug and air deflectors and snap on licence plate holder.

Did you add a tether or tie wrap your front plate holder? I have the same type and used tie wraps (4) to add some security for wind, bumps, and lazy vandals.

Upgraded the front dash speakers to the Dodge Dart Kicker Speaker 3.5". 5 minute install and made a noticeable difference to the upfront sound.

The first pic shows the Kicker speaker on the left and the stock Alpine 3.5".

I do have the premium Alpine system.

I wasn't having the distortion that others have, it was merely a nice cheap upgrade.

Added my ski rack. Love this so much more then the hitch one I had for my JK. I can open the tailgate up to get to our stuff without having to remove it or the skis. Been driving around with it for a couple days to rest it out. Skis don't move, all is secure, hope to hit the slopes Sunday!!!

Does anyone else drive with their fog lights on just because they look cool?

I’ll be honest: I leave mine on out of habit. And I do think they look cool (this goes back to my WRX days).

I leave mine on because for the majority, fogs only work with low beams, that way I don't get flashed from low cars when I blind them, and if they do flash me, they get my brights...

Did the Mopar taillight relocation a week ago.

Just added Artec Industries dual mount with Rigid radiance pods.

Next up: Bumper, winch, and of course.... more lights.... cause how many forward facing lights is really too many?

I took everything off and sprayed them.. Not as hard or scary as it sounds.. theres a bunch of videos on youtube to help.. i used the mopar rattle cans and turned out perfect...

Kinder how did you mount the little torque set Pouch that jeep gave you? Did you just put a loop and put it through the loop and have it hanging through the loop with a zip tie ?

I will say this, those having troubles with hanging stuff there, the panel comes off very easily. it is held by push clips. If you pull smartly where the webbed wiring harness goes in, you can gently work your way around and pull it off.

If you have the Sliding bracket for the cargo clips, you have to remove 3 torx head screws first.

Check to make sure the green clips are in their sockets before pushing back on.
