The latest problem:
Stopped to get gas and noticed and antifreeze smell. Checked the fluid level and sure enough the level is below the Min line. I can't see where it is coming from but I can smell it. It's coming from the top corner of the radiator on the driver's side where the large main hose and the small reservoir bottle hose go into the radiator.
Turns out there is a bulletin for it here...

Going to have it checked out when I go get two new tires that the local area manager approved. See below to know why I am getting those.

In the past 10 months the Jeep has been at the dealer 6 times...
- Paint on driver's fender thin enough to see the grey primer in two areas. Noticeable in direct sunlight. Did nothing since it would require re-painting fender and too much of a risk of it not being perfect match
- Fender vents not sitting flush. Both sides replaced.
- Rear tailgate rattle; must keep gaskets coated with silicon to keep from happening.
- Noises from suspension. Shock bolt 3/4 turn loose. Lower front ball joints loose; fixed these myself and had dealer double check.
- Tires started to feather at 3k miles. Adjusted tow.
- Tires still feathering. Determined tie rod end and steering bar were defective. Waited 2 months for steering bar and 3 months for tie rod end.
- During this time two tires were severely worn down. After 11k miles on tires one went from 15/32" down to 6/32" the other to 8/32" these tires were on the front.
- Contacted FCA they handed to local area manager, she said who cares he has a lift on it not our problem. Dealer service manager went to bat for me and explained everything that happened during the 3 month wait. She conceded and gave me two new tires.

This is getting real old. Lemon law won't work based on how it is for NC. Offroading still fun.

I know its frustrating but at least all those items are being fixed and have solutions. I'd be more frustrated with people on here with real issues that dealers have no idea what the hell to do. It could be worse.

It could be worse but is still sucks. Paying +$40k and you are at the dealer every other month? BS. I get the new model blues where you will have some issues creep up but this is getting ridiculous.

If you lost 9/32nds of tread on a set of KO2 tires in 11,000 miles, you've got MAJOR alignment issues. I'm surprised it'll even roll down the roadway. Geez.

Tell me about it, I'm not making this up. I could see the outer edges were just chewing away but didn't see how bad the one front tire had become until it landed in the spare spot after the tie rod replacement. You would think this thing would have been all over the place or you would have noticed it and it drove completely smooth and tracked perfectly.

This sounds similar to my experience so far. I had knocking in the engine when I picked it up. After 3 weeks at the dealer, an intake cam, phaser, selenoid, lifters and rockers. No change in the knock. Went to put on 2" lift and dealer finds drag link ball joints "worn out". They are on BO so they pulled one off a new JL to get me rolling. It has 1400 miles on it now. It has been at the dealers more than I have had it. Now I need to carry it back to recalibrate the speedometer after putting on 33s.

I'd be nervous as heck paying this much and already having the top of the engine rebuilt and still is knocking. Screw your lift and start looking at getting rid of it. I'm not joking, that's what I'd be doing. What are they doing about the knock?
You don't need to recal after putting 33's on. I did the same thing and no recal needed. They are going to screw you about $200-$300 for that as well. I think guys are recal'ing after 37s.

To the OP. Did you have it lifted?
I did and that is why they the area manager was basically saying "screw him... he has a lift and that's why this is happening.". The service manager went to bat for me and told her this really is because of problems with the front end, hence the two free tires.

Yea I feel you. The local dealership is very mod friendly, especially if you let them do the work. They have to walk that line between selling Jeeps and muscle cars everyone wants to modify, and people who mess their cars up and then want warranty repairs. I mean, who doesn’t want to add stuff to their Jeep?
