I came across another individual reportedly having issues turning their Wrangler's steering wheel at high speeds:

i thought i was a total wimp after feeling i needed a beer and a nap after i rotated my 33 wildpeaks the first time. People complain about rotating their 35s and I was like damn i dont think i could even do those wtf.

Then i realized the 33 falkens are about 62lbs each. Just the tire. Made me feel a little better.

After I rotated my 35s the first time I swore I'd never do that myself again. Then I went to YouTube and learned you should sit on the ground and lift the wheel with your legs. Works amazingly well.
