I thought maybe it was the Tow package, what about Cold Weather package, are those delivered? Trying to think what I ordered that may not be delivered yet. Very annoyed that my dealer just got in my exact configuration, minus the Cold Weather Package (which I will not live without) and their jeep has Selec-Trac (which was not even available to order till a few weeks ago).

Yes cold weather on lots of deliveries already. Only Manual Trans and Soft top are not showing as delivered.

I can't believe there isn't a factory rep or someone that doesn't know what's going on. There has to be a method to the madness. Surely someone could clear all this up. I didn't order until 12/23 and was told end of Jan first of Feb, but feeling bad for all those that ordered well before me when some ordered just before/after mine are getting built. I'm not sure it matters so much to get it soon as it would be more important just to know the why and when

When I spoke with a Jeep customer service rep a few days ago, they stated that a shipment of parts is coming in a week. And that my order should be hitting D1 and be built then.

Take that with a grain of salt.

Right but even the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) guy hasn't seen it. I trust my dealer, his wife works for me and I don't think he's holding out.

Was Dan W’s JL moving through the end stages of build? He has a manual, dual top RU.

My dealer just sent me a text confirming final inspection status, "I", but saw something else strange. The ship date moved again. It has gone from 1/5 to 1/4 to 1/2, and is now showing 12/27/17. It would be entertaining, if I wasn't clamoring so badly to get it! Lol!

Updated! We now have 53 in D1 status and 31 past D1.

The only thing I can tell you all is this. The Allocations are for production 2 months away. IE, Jan allocation is for March production. I know some of you ordered in Oct and Nov early. But, if there was an issue with installing the soft tops or they were delayed as someone else said, it would put that production about right time wise.

Sorry, not sure if I understand this. So what would this mean for us last week of Oct/First week of Nov orders that are still still still in D?
