Thanks thriller for the writeup.

Anyone else think it is odd that in the granite the grab handles in the front are tan. Also the body looks like it was red then painted granite over the red. Then the hardtop is tan (no change I know). Just a lot of different colors going on. I ordered black and hope its not the same but likely will be I guess.

edit* looking at the grab handles they are black it was just the lighting. That makes me feel better

'In Transit'.... probably means it's on a train someplace, then off-loaded in some train yard waiting for someone to get it to the dealer.
When you want something it just takes longer and longer. And car trains don't have priority on the tracks. My Vette took 3 weeks to get here by train to Colorado. People that lived closer to the factory got truck delivery and those vehicles came in way before the people that live out west.
So that locator by zip code has been out for a week/10 days now....it'll take a while longer to get to their destinations
I was in a dealer today in Aurora Co and they had a Red Sahara JL. Just came in last night, was not cleaned yet. Not for sale but will be a show car.
Got to start it up, look it over....will be on the floor tomorrow.
I ordered a Billet Silver JLUR with most options....dealer said custom orders go to the head of the pack....their sold and they get their $ right away.
Was going to wait for an Ocean Blue one, but I still have a 2012 Blue Rubicon and will probably keep it for a while, 2 blue Jeeps....Nahh!!

That red is the Sport they had there. The sport bar matches the body color. Sorry if the red was confusing, I figured it would show up better than the grey.

Look at the reflection in picture 13. There's a red sport JL on the lot also. OP must have taken that while there and added it to this thread, maybe by mistake. Either way, it's NOT the interior of the granite JL.

I think the red is on a different JL. The granite Rubicon has the factory headliner in the other photos.
