I just checked my Frame. My number starts with 691, so i'm GOLDEN!

My beef stew recipe is very simple actually. Cut veggies, put in pot. Dredge beef, brown, put in pot. Boil sausage, brown, put in pot. Brown <CK's favorite root vegetable> in the meat drippings, put in pot. Add 8oz "sauce" cans to pot. Crock until done.

Easy as pie.

I have probably 10 beef stew recipes but I made one up a few years ago with what I had at home one day

this is the simplest generic stew that is healthy and has an awesome flavor !!

- cut stew beef into smaller pieces and brown " season anyway you want "- drop in CP
- thaw a bag of birds eye mixed veggies - drop in CP
- par boil diced potato and drain to remove some of the starch - drop in pot

ready ???? ...cover all ingredients with original V8
simmer for 4-6 hrs

It was just a bunch of sh*t I had laying around and avoided going to the store ....Now it's a regular thing I do on weekends

Well, V8 is just fancy tomato juice IIRC...so kinda the same as my little thing of canned sauce. Basically, pureed tomatoes.

It was made from being lazy and I love it still today .

It's not real stew made from the heart but it taste amazing to me and quick as sh*t !
