The person I learned it from made it in her InstaPot. I don't have one of those, but I imagine it should be easy enough to adapt.

If you had lived down here I would have said Bojangles instead of KFC! While KFC is pretty tasty they're a distant second to Bojangles.

I’ve never had it. I think I had KFC 7 years ago...and had Popeyes while in was in DC for a soccer game. None of them compared to my Aunt Pansy’s fried chicken.

Gosh, I remember Bojangles. Delicious, but you could deep fry a turkey with all the grease they use in a combo.

Very true. Moderation is key. Same goes for me regarding Shake Shack/Five Guys and most takeout. Though I probably order pizza more often than I should.
