I’ve been dying to see what I can do with that emblem that’s shiny silver. Wanted it black and wondered if they sold a kit in black plus I also like the clean look. I just didn’t know. Now I know. Question to you is. How do you remove and were do you get these plastic dipped? Is there a kit I can get and do it?
Yes what everyone else said, no knife and just search these forums and YouTube. Very easy and forgiving, plastidip that is. Removing the Sahara and Unlimited stickers was a pain and I used my wife’s hair dryer, dental floss, and GooGone.

Yes fellow Jeep buddy. I went and bought the plastidip. I just finished connecting all to my S pod and installing rear back lights on bumper and rear rock lights. Now onto the Plastidip. I’ll post some pics up soon. Thanks for your post. It’s what got me going today. :)

I'm really interested in this but I'd like to see it in action. Only thing that's bugging me is I have to lift the hood to air up or down. How much did you pay for the system? I already have the twin ARB mounted under the hood.
You can find the Up Down Air System info here: http://updownair.com. I think it was less than $300.

Just checked it out. I didn't know you had to run a air hose and mount the end to a place by each wheel. That seems like a pain of an install, a possibility of a lot of air lines to get damaged while wheeling. Be interested to hear from folks using this for a while. I did the ARB dual comp and then made this contraption.

Did that "contraption" work? In my experience with splitting lines like that, the airflow is NOT equal, and ends up being much more to the shortest runs. That is one of the benefits of UpDownAir's Controller.

WARNING: For those doing Plasti-Dipping, BE SURE to spray enough coats on, at least on the overspray areas. You will regret it if you don't when you try to peel it off. In fact, you can re-mask and re-spray those areas if absolutely need-be, to get it thick enough to peel off in a reasonable manner. Otherwise you will be scraping it off bit by bit.

Ok today I did 4 things on the Jeep. 1st—I installed lights on my rear bumper (basically back up lights) There not hooked up to reverse as I have reverse lights on my stock tail lights (still waiting for JW speaker to finally get there ass in gear for JL model lights)The rear lights are very bright and if I need them I light up the world behind me. Ran wires straight to S-Pod. 2nd— I installed the rock lights on my rear bumper also ran power wires straight to S-Pod. 3rd— I changed by spray painting the handle or neck on my Beaver shovel from yellow to black matte. Been dying to get that done and finally 4th— I want to start by saying SPECIAL THANKS TO KRATY1 and MID-LIFE WRANGLER for there help on plastidip. So the 4th was plastidip the Jeep emblem and removed the wrangler unlimited sticker. Man I love the look! Thanks guys!!

Can't happen with the valve in there. It has the same pressure throughout the entire system. Works perfectly for both up and down. The only thing I do is double check with my additional gauge. I could use 4 different tire pressure gauges and get 4 different readings. All close but different so I use one that I deem the best and most consistent reading but the contraption gets the pressure exact for all 4.

Love the setup. What mount are you using for the jack?
