Put the doors back on, stretched the winch line, and found a different place to mount the hilift (at least for day wheeling), until I get some lights or there is a better option than mounting to my roof rack.

Where I wheel there are some trees that can catch easily so keeping branches from tangling me up top is important. This spot isn’t ideal either as it likely will impede my headlight beams slightly, but haven’t found any good mounting options for the rear of the Jeep yet.

You should take a look at this. I just had mine delivered Friday. Keeps the jack safe from the elements and from those looking for a free HiLift, and also is up and out of the way in the back.

Had the tints done, 20% all around including over the factory tint in the back, plus a 5% strip on the top of the windshield. Now all I need is smaller black wheels and some knobby tires!

DId you install 20% tint on top of the OEM tint or your installer was able to install a tint that equals 20% including the OEM tint?

Just noticed your location...

20% tint for the front windows is considered illegal in Texas. You can have it on your rear and back windows. However, a lot of people have the 20% on the front windows. I don't hear of many people getting pulled over because of it. Just know that if you do get it installed, the cops have a valid reason for pulling you over if it's on the front windows (driver and passenger front row).

And wow I didn't know this, but apparently it'll fail inspection: "Note: Windows immediately to the right and left of the driver that have less than 25% light transmission will fail inspection, regardless of the year model of the vehicle."

20% tint is less than 25% as the % refers to "visibility of light transfer" not the % of tint/darkness.
