JK hater

So this morning was the first time I have been flipped off by a guy in a JK (a silver one at that). I was in a parking lot, just passing him the other direction and waved. He flipped me off. No chance he saw my wave as the middle finger. This was a well used and well-modified JK as well, actually a good looking rig. It was a little discouraging honestly. Had it been from any other vehicle I couldn't care less...

Anyone else have this happen? Are there JK purists out there who hate the idea of the JL?

Someone in a Jeep Facebook group told me the JL isn't a real Wrangler because it doesn't have the logo on the grille like the JK.

And a TJ

Now I genuinely don't care if someone likes my Jeep or not, but if you are going to trash talk, you better know what you are talking about.

Oddly, they deleted the post right after.

That was my first vehicle. I was talked into selling it a few years ago by my ex wife.
Funny thing though, she’s not here anymore, but I have a Jeep

I don’t really get this. The JK and JL look so similar that I dont understand how a JK owner can absolutely hate the JL. I can understand a CJ or A TJ hating, even though it’s wrong. That guy is just salty at life I bet.

I usually get the most love from TJ owners. I don't ever see CJs or YJs on the road
