I have a 2 year old toddler and my wife says, correctly so, at the level of work I’ve done to the suspension, it is no longer safe enough to transport him in it.
Not sure how to take this… Is your suspension all jacked up and death wobble is the rule and not the exception? Or is it dialed in and smooth and straight on the road?

If dialed in what would make it unsafe to transport any human in? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Says the guy with a trail-whale JT :bandit:
And I've never said the JT was sexy, have I? The JT is like a gal with a pretty face, but with too many doors it's like she's Mama June and gotta flop her belly over her shoulder to take a piss. And the bed is like an ass that's so big that even dudes in porn, with third legs so big the pusses in the UK classify them as assault bludgeons, know they couldn't even reach the goods when trying to hit it from behind.

No, the only Jeep I own that I'd classify as both properly a Jeep and sexy would be the 2 door. Because that's the only proper, sexy Jeep that gets pumped out of Toledo.

Guess I hate my toddler then.

FWIW, Metalcloak lists their Rocklander suspension as FMVSS 126 compliant. Weak point here.

I feel your pain, my wife took a beating on her custom ordered 2-Door Tuscadero Rubi JL when we traded it with under 10k miles on the clock.

Conversely... My wife bought a 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser LC Premium in August of 2024 for $70,000... We are trading it today or tomorrow with a guaranteed trade in value of $60,000 with 18k on the clock... The only "upgrade" we did was to put rain vents on the windows... I've never had a vehicle that held value as good as the Land Cruiser, but sadly her arthritis is forcing her into the new Rav4 for ease of ingress/egress... After the dust clears from the trade, we will have a brand new loaded out 2026 Rav4 XSE and only owe about $11,000 on it due to the enormous amount of equity in her LC.

BaT isn’t looking all that good for sellers and after fees not so good for buyers. seems pretty much average for most vehicles.

Serious question: What is meant by this?
I've had the 2.5 Rock Krawler Adventure series on my Jeep and 37's on my Jeep since 2021. Both of my kids have been riding in it(on and off road) since even before that. I do most of my own work. I've commuted and have done road trips. Is there some other risk other than Death Wobble or the higher center of gravity for the larger tires?

The risk of not getting laid again if he doesn't capitulate to the wife's ridiculous demands?

And most never win the trick. Just remember, Brad Pitt, Steve Bezos couldn't keep a trophy wife........ An awesome 8 is way better than a 10 that is crazy, expensive, and very high maintenance like a manual transmission in a JL is usually not worth the squeeze.

He's married with a kid, so cute you think he's still getting laid.
Pfft, if you can't sling your dingaling good enough that your wife still wants it even though she's tired from kids then you don't deserve a Jeep
