I have two kids so the seatback setup was going to get beat up pretty good. I used the tailgate instead and bought a first aid MOLLE bag and this one off Amazon:

FUNANASUN 2 Pack Molle Pouches Tactical Compact Water resistant EDC Pouch (Black) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XN5CW49/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_lnDGBb6XMYTNX

The snaps barely fit through the grates and took some finessing, but I like how it turned out.

I couldn't get the MOLLE bags snaps through the louvres... picked up some $ store velcro straps and we're good to go. Large one has a first aid kit, one for the survival kit, the other for miscellaneous.

yeah, you have to pop off that panel to thread them through.

I did the same thing. I had to do a little trimming on the back side.

I got my molle bags 2 days ago from Amazon. They're small but you can't wait for anything too big and heavy because I already had the problem of them sagging and not being able to close the door so I had to zip tie the bottom piece and pull it up hard to explain work pulled back up cuz it was sagging hit the door I just put the zip ties through the vent wet their pulled it off works good. I guess it came out looking okay I'm waiting for my custom patches y'all think it looks okay ? I know they're not very straight in the photo I could straighten them in the photo but then they wouldn't say straight driving LOL

Here is my Molle install...

I had to pry a little on the vents to get the snaps through but it works none the less. I weighted each bag with ~7 lbs of diving weights. They still have about an inch of clearance (underneath) with the door closed.

The attached pictures show how I routed the straps through the bag loops and vents.

Here are the exact ones I got. A set of 2 larger ones and a large/small set.
