What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Was planning on making a foam mattress for sleeping in the JLU but ran across this Xprite Nite Cushion so decided to save the time and the DIY hassle . I like how it fits around the center console and that it can be separated or zipped together on the 60/40 split. One side is cloth, the other is syn leather. Folds up nicely too..

Edit: added a removable sleeping platform for underneath hidden storage and flat sleeping surface

Pretty comfy.. and Sleeping with the top off is amazing!

Do you have pictures of it folded up too? Did you pay $199 or did you find it cheaper some where else? And when it is folded up, does it fit below the tailgate height so it doesn't block your view while driving?

That was sheets of Avery Viynl 3.5mm and a lot of patience

I used Avery vinyl because you can slide it into place instead of a lift and reset type vinyl. That and tons of OCD work wonders. Took me 6.5hours

@Four Flusher @Kenny Buy this stuff. You cut a piece a little bigger than the surface. Stick it on and use a hobby xacto knife to cut it. There are indentions or lines all the way around. The entire project took me like 20 minutes to do all four corners.

Where did you get the vinyl and how difficult was it? I like the look around the tub, and this would also be a good alternative to covering the pinch seam instead of plastidip.

Maximus-3 stinger installed. Not just cosmetic like the JCR bolt on. The Max3 has 1/4 inch thick steel brackets that attach to the inner frame as well as the bumper.

. When folded it sits at back seat height. Doesn’t affect your view out back at all. And yes.. $199 pill to swallow. Justification- cost less than 3 nights at a cheap hotel. And sleeping under the stars is way more fun.
