Added my home made spare tire bump stop extensions to the tailgate, before heading to the gun range....

I also added 2” spacers today. I love the wider stance and just told the wifey it’s anti rollover stabilization devices!
Yup! OReilly Auto Parts will as well. That's how I got the Mojito! Paint for my tow hooks
awe and I thought you used your nail polish!

Get a sunshade so you don't burn your head. (My high school nicknames were Casper and Snow White so you may not be as sun sensitive as I.)

OK, so it was yesterday, but I installed the new Baja Designs Fog Pocket Pro's. Really easy, and they're pretty flippin' bright (9,800 Lumens!). Full pics are on the BD section of this forum, but here's a couple to give you a flavor for how it turned out...

Wow! I did not know they did color matching. I have already received my kit so I'll just use what I bought as it should be pretty close. Thanks for the info!
If you get around to doing the hooks, please post a picture. I've been thinking of doing that too with my OB JL

How has your experience been with this setup? Thinking of doing 2.5 rk adventure lift with falcon shocks. Im running 35 ko2 e rated tires with rc 2.5 budget boost.
I Love the look and the capability and have finally gotten used to the drive. I'm a little embarrassed to say that even though I've had my JL since April 28th, because of my schedule versus my local Jeep events, I haven't taken it off-road yet! Blasphemy, I know, lol.

The Rock Krawler kit is awesome. I had to wait a little while for the kit to get to me, but all of the parts are really stout and I feel like the whole thing was engineered really well. They learned from Mopar's experience with the bowing springs, and designed their kit from the ground up to not have that issue.

I ordered the wheels through Amazon and purchased the tires & install through Discount Tire Supply. DTS did an awesome job but they inflated the tires to 42 psi. The Jeep wanted to wander a little until I reduced the tire pressure to 36. Also, since I went to larger tires I'm going to have to invest in a programmer to adjust my tire size in the computer so my speedometer will be correct again.

The overall ride is definitely a little rougher than I had with the stock tires/rims, although I feel more confident going faster through turns with the larger wheels/tires and the offset. Unfortunately, because of the added weight of the lift kit, wheels, and tires, my mileage numbers have dropped from 18.9 to 14.5 mpg. Also my JL accelerates slower now that there is so much more mass to move. I haven't resold the stock tires/rims and I only go off-road once a month, so a small part of me (almost) wants to put the stocks back on for daily driving use. But then I look at how good my Jeep looks and forget all about going back!

Hope this helps!
