Even driving thru Denver people know what the left lane is lol. My biggest pet peeve is people just being in the way and obstacles while driving. The complete disregard for those around them and self absorption is mind boggling and drives me crazy.

That is one nice bit about living a fair bit off the highway, there's time between me and the interstate that I get to enjoy. 2 lane roads through farm country is always better. NC also has lots of old, less used state highways you can skirt around the interstate with. Any "Old NC Highway xx" is generally a much better drive.
That would be so nice. There are 2 roads north out of Mckinney. One is the 4 lane each way highway with everyone going 80, the other is a 1 lane each way that has so many cars on it the max speed is maybe 5 mph. There are no other options.

My road rage has almost went away since moving here.
I25 between Castle Rock and Lone Tree is weird. The rest of the state isn't bad about left lane campers but for some reason everyone just shuts off their brain on that stretch. I've seen people move to the left as they're coming up on that stretch and move back as soon as they get through it.

Weirdest thing I have ever seen.

Unfortunately, it's my daily commute route.

Mine went away when I got the jeep. No longer able to go fast and drive aggressively, so why worry about it.

My commute to work is from my bedroom to my office...about 30 steps. A heavy traffic day is having to walk around a dog and cat. GOD...I love working from home!!!

1 - Eww passengers
2 - everybody "suffers" topless and doorless with me if they wanna be a passenger
Only passenger was my wife. They were following behind me. Told me later "I was trying to look up out my windshield, then saw you reach up and hit the button and I had never been so jealous." Now he has one too.

49 back in Concord was a 4 lane divided highway with a speed limit of 55. 5 miles of people just sitting next to each other driving 50 EVERY FUCKING DAY does something to a man. And concord is definitely not a city by any stretch of the imagination.

85 now is a dream compared to that living nightmare of a road.

Now imagine if EVERY road in the state was like that.
