What I know for sure is that it needs plenty of torque. 450ft/lbs don't cut it. That's what my original impact wrenches are. I got a second one from my brother when he passed, and it turned out to be identical to the one I already had. oh well.
The one CK linked has 700ft/lbs

Oil change done, no hassle, got to see a few JLR/JLURs and I can say the matte red isn't bad. No reason for me to freak out now lol.

Got to see my first two door JLs as well, and I declare the back seat to be not that bad. Last time I was in the back seat of a two door Wrangler was in a YJ and that seat wasn't even secured to the vehicle...

They had like 8 Hellcats they were moving around the lot, and they sound AMAZING!

2019 Ram Rebel... If I only had the money... :involve:

Finally, I have decided that if we ever need to replace the Honda, that a 2WD Cherokee is the way I'd want to go. (Also note the difference in the regular 2WD and the Trailhawk Cherokees)

I'm told that should do it. The one I just purchased is supposed to be 450-650. I should go out and give it a test run. It's currently set at the highest.

It’s actually the secret New 3.0L Diesel. I was lucky enough to be one of the testers of it.
Those 3.0s are pretty quiet. There was one in a Ram 1500 in the service bay and you could hardly hear it as he pulled it forward.

This was actually going to be my next question...what's a good impact gun to get? Also, damn, $350 :surprised::piggybank:
They aren’t cheap for a decent one. (Unless you find good deals like OB) :like:. The drills and impact drivers are much cheaper, but don’t have the torque to do lug nuts, etc. that a wrench can.

They didn’t happen to have a Sahara on the lot for $56,000, did they?

lol nope! I don't even think the Rubicon's MSRP was that high, and this dealer always sells below MSRP as they're pretty much the highest volume in sales in the south.

Skirt today. Yes.
My office is it’s own “tower” I have separate steps to my office. I do get stuck up there. Everyday. And rapunzul is me, except I haven’t been able to escape. (And my hair isn’t nearly as awesome.)

Well, back when I would do suspension work on the WJ, one would have been most welcome; instead there was lots of cursing, bloody knuckles, and sweating. But if it's just for lugs, I have a cheater pipe for that. :like:

Don't tease me like that. Smarrtazz, Crazy and RA are already driving me insane...

Oh wait. Too late. I was already there long before this group formed and bonded.

Bonded... Yeah... We're all creative rope tiers... My mind wanders...

Forgive me father, and all the pygmys in Africa...
