Good morning! It seems to me, now that you have your newest Wrikki, you are out and about more. Is Ronnie getting jealous?

I tried to explain to her that Wrikki needs to at least get to 300 miles so she can be freed from her 55mph limit bonds. She didn't like it, but she is trying to understand. I still only have Tuesday/Thursday as my days to head out but I did manage to talk her into that run to Midas last night. I could tell she was really not liking it cuz of all the wind and her trying to keep her hat on. She wound up holding her hat and some of her hair but she stuck with it. It is not very far aways but for her it probably was. Like I said, what a trooper.

Not really those kinds of markings. Actually just a couple circles with a dot in the middle. One circle was x'd out like someone put it in the wrong place and then they added another. It's right in line with the two storm drains on each side of our street. I'm thinking the pipe between the two is faulty and has to be replaced like the culvert further up the other street. It's also where the asphalt has been falling apart for years.

Ah. Those are survey marks. You might see a large nail in the middle of the circles. They are using them to establish a baseline grade so they can pitch the culvert to drain.

Fun fact, I did that for a summer job back in 2009.

I've seen them before, but it's been a long time...

My parents actually did a meet 'n' greet a year or so ago. Mom has a pic with Myles. Very not fair.
