What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Did you have any trouble installing? The one they sent me is too wide, I can't get the bolts in the second side.

Update: A representative with JCR has informed me that they are aware of the fit issue and have retooled. They are sending me a replacement with the new spec.

You can hardly bump over a curb before your tires eat your fenders.

Just got my Katskinz leather seats installed. Went with a blank and brown combo which looks great with the granite crystal. Major monsoon storm when driving home and lost power for a few hours. Here is a pic.

P.S. I made sure they bolted the seats down nice and tight

Yes it did. My son was making fun of me for making such a small change. New to the Jeep life...starting out slow.

I was also thinking of doing that. Did you do your rear hooks as well? If so do you have any pics.

A 70 MPH projectile could do a lot of harm.

After some thought, this isn't really true. If you're going the same direction, the guy should be able to avoid it. On the other hand, if you're coming towards each other it could go though the vehicle like a hot knife going through butter.

Let’s just stop with the science shenanigans and let’s just all agree that a 3m secured piece of metal on a vehicle traveling at highway speeds is a legit stupid thing to do. Just because nothing has happened “Yet” doesn’t mean that it will never happen.
Also that ball hitch that came of the Chevy Silverado was in front of us when it came off and it struck our Nissan Rogue 2 lanes over and behind, so I’ll believe in that real world incident any day.
