Does that little mat that was in the tray go back in or does it have to stay out after the install?
The instructions say you have to cut the mat before putting it back.

I ordered a replacement mat from the dealer ($17) so that I still have one that is fully intact in case I ever want to remove this phone mount.

Looks great. What lift are you running?
Mopar 2"!

See if you have a shop that does Road Force Balancing - this moves the tire around the wheel to give the optimum position to balance. It is hard to balance 37”+ tires on smaller wheels.
Going to another discount tire for them to help me out. The tire pressure was at 40 so I lowered down to 29, but that still doesn't help when the guy said he couldn't get it to zero. This other discount tire said the same thing about road force not doing anything, but he'd said that they would figure it out and get them done right. All I could ask for.

Today I installed the Mopar 3rd light relocation bracket:

  • $59 shipped on eBay from a dealer out of OK.
  • Thought I would need it for my 37's but turns out the OEM location works just fine. Oh well, at least it looks cool?
  • Works great but now I need a T20 and a T45 Torx in my trunk just in case I need to get the spare down, wish they would have improvised an easier way to remove the light and assembly.

Pretty sure I met that guy at the Pinch a Penny pool store in Boca. He was driving an Escalade but told he just had his Jeep wrapped with a matte finish. I know he posted it on this forum but I can't seem to find it.

Pulled into the office today to find a new JL on the block. Man this thing is beautiful, would love to know who did the wrap. 35s with looks to be a 3" lift.

I thought the mopar provided tool kit had the right tools to remove it, I think I even used them to make sure.

They provide the T20 but the other one is a T50. T45 is the one I had to buy and store.

I will check, wonder if my bolts are different or if bought new ones or if I am loosing my mind. Put your money on the later. But I only carry my big bag of tools when wheeling, so I need to know as well.

Ill check again too, but I know I had to use my T45 3/8 drive socket to mount two of the bolts.
