Howdy All - here are two fairly thorough walkthrough videos from the event this week.

The first is a detailed overview of design / functional elements with Mark Allen - including some hands on with the half-doors that dispels rumors like "the half doors have no uppers" - he also mentions looking out of the doughnut from the back seat - in case there was any doubt about the four-door having half-doors as an option. Lots of great insight on design decisions and challenges. I especially like the internal corporate battle over the folding windshield - engineering didn't want it, legal didn't want it, manufacturing didn't want it, and customers certainly weren't asking for it. I'm glad he fought for it:

The second is a more general overview from Sofyan Bey - who I usually agree with in terms of style and quality critiques:

Enjoy!

The guy from FCA said that the color dash is optional and that you could PICK which color you wanted. Jay, you need to get more intel on this.

At 3:59 of the second video there's a good shot of the engine compartment. I do think there is enough room in there for a dual battery kit. :like:

Very cool!

are you thinking rotating the existing battery 90 degrees then fitting a second in there?

Like my old '67 VW bug! Had a trigger to get into reverse.

Some post on here I saw stated that the stop/start engine would have dual batteries. Maybe it was the thread with the sticker price and details?

Does anyone know why you won't be able to get the 2-door with a diesel when that's available?

They are all start/stop. The Turbo 2.0 will have 48V and 12V batteries.
