How do those stick on?

There is an adhesive strip on the back of each. Get them in position and then peel the paper off by pulling the tab. Make sure you clean the surface with the provided swabs, first.

^ That exactly. Just make sure you line them up right before putting them down because you will not be able to nudge them into place. The adhesive is really strong.

Did you do it yourself of have someone do it? What kind of paint? Looks like it should be easy enough to do myself, but am concerned about the wrong material not holding up.

Myself, but after doing it I realized that the red I bought looked great, once on it was too much of a orange base. So i found that the tow hooks are painted with Chrysler PR4 (paint code) Perfect match so I re-did them, and much better. Its a tricky red to match , but the PR4 is perfect. Ill get some new pics up soon, I'm on laptop right now....
