In your opinion what are the best all around tire for regular driving and snow/slippery conditions?

I am eventually going to need new tires. The stock C Rated 35's BFG K02's have done really well but of course doesn't hurt to research and get feedback from the experts.

Having a 392 I feel the BFG's actually do pretty well in the dry and have good grip on acceleration and handling a turn here and there. Due to that reason I am thinking the best replacement may simply be a new set of the C rated K02's. I was hoping by the time I am ready that there are new K03's ready and even better than the current K02's.

What do you guys think is best for a daily driver that seems a good amount of rain/mud/snow but also summer weather when maybe it's fun to have a little accelerations at time.

Following this thread as someone who lives in the midatlantic and would also like some info on this. We haven’t had much snow the last few years ( northern Virginia), but we get plenty of heavy rain and black ice/slush in the winter

edit - actually just saw the K03 is actually out but very little info on the difference between the 2. Even the marketing talk on them is quiet. Not much information to be had.

Since you added mud and snow, I will suggest an RT tire. I just went with the Kenda RT's in a 35X10.5 R17 which fit my stock wheels. They should excel in mud, rocks, deep snow...all of which I drive in. They probably are NOT as good in rain BUT today I drove home in the rain and had no issues driving as I usually did with my stock BFG ko2's. They are more aggressive than the AT's. MAybe too much so for your usage?

I think you need to be decide what the majority of your driving will (realistically) be and taylor your new tires to that.

Yea I'm not going to front most of my driving is on road. I'm really not close to any legal off road spots and have no desire to smash up my jeep on rocks.

It's mostly street/snow/dry tarmac to have fun with the 392.

So an AT will probably be better than an RT or an MT.
