I think so but having trouble as wellCan you order the rubicon X with the 2.0? Having trouble understanding the order guide.
If you order a Rubicon X with a auto, yes you can. But if you order a RubiX with manual, you have to choose the 3.6.Can you order the rubicon X with the 2.0? Having trouble understanding the order guide.
Dealer told me today they can't order a Rubicon X 4 door with a 2.0 engine. They said they could when the order banks first opened but now the option isn't available and they don't know why. It could be too many orders for the 2.0 to fulfill, not sure. For me, I'll just wait since I have a low mileage 3.6 JLUR already and it might be nice to see one in person to make sure I like it enough to spend $30k more than my current one is worth. Can you order the rubicon X with the 2.0? I ordered the X with 2.0 about 3 weeks ago.Dealer told me today they can't order a Rubicon X 4 door with a 2.0 engine. I saw that you posted you ordered from Mitch and he is the one that told me he can't order the Rubicon X 4 door with a 2.0 now. I'm sure it will open up again but they might raise the price.I ordered the X with 2.0 about 3 weeks ago.
That's a shame they change Ordering options so often. I didn't know that was a thing.I saw that you posted you ordered from Mitch and he is the one that told me he can't order the Rubicon X 4 door with a 2.0 now. I'm sure it will open up again but they might raise the price.
According to the order guide given back in April, the deep tinted windows is standard on all but the sport.I'm not sure if the deep tinted windows option is only for the hard top. For 2023 the standard soft top had clear windows unless you choose the deep tinted window option. The premium soft top came with tinted windows. So now that the 2024 wranglers come standard with the premium soft top does this mean you don't need to select the tinted window option if you don't pick the hard top?
I skipped the X package because I don't want black leather in Arizona and nor the color matched roof and fenders. I also wanted to pick my own steel bumpers if I decide to add that additional weight in the future. I ended up paying more by adding most of the the other available groups so I could order the black 3 piece top and then get after market leather in a color and style I want.Trying to find more details; (These points below are after talking with the local dealer where I have purchased before) here in Canada.
- I'm looking at trading in my 2018 JLUR for a 2024 JLUR
There seems to be limited options for different packages? (As they seem very limited)
- If I want leather seats - must get the "Full"' package that includes color matching roof?
- Only way to get Leather is also part the 35" X package?
- Seems like there is no way to order Granit in this package (As Jeep production doesn't have any more roofs in that color?)
Help me understand if they have gone away with the "a la carte" options (other than some very basic paid options like floor mats and dual tops...etc).
As When I ordered the 2018 I was able to order leather and a few other options that were not forced into a package...? (Is this only in Canada? As I have seen other order sheets for the US that still seem to allow to pick and choose different options on the Rubicon without going with the 35"-X package?)
Thanks for help!
I passed on the X package because I didn't want the colored hard top, fenders, or steel bumpers. I did want that leather, which you can't currently get in the Rubicon...but I decided to just do that aftermarket as the price is about the same. So to answer your question, yes you'll need the X package in order to get the Nappa leather, color matched roof and fenders. That may change later in the cycle but it seems like for now things are limited.Trying to find more details; (These points below are after talking with the local dealer where I have purchased before) here in Canada.
