If you don’t want additional ride height, one of the things I was flirting with, was changing the rod and around, if you look at the rod end on the drag link, where it attaches to the axle, that rod end has a different angle bent into it, and I was looking into, potentially putting that on the other side, to shim it out in front of four to clear the Pitman arm, I never move forward with it, because the adjustable spring perch and bump stop solved my problem
I am having a shop install them, so as much info/pics I can get to pass to them would be great. I get brain fog when I try to figure out some of this stuff, I’m starting to think to just order some dynatracs, if I am going to have to big of an issue.

Please ignore the ugly aluminum spacer I had made at the last minute right before a trip. I had to do this because the metal cloak spring diameter was larger than the OEM spring diameter and I didn’t feel it came in contact with the collar on the Acos adjustable spacer properly.

Fusions are twice the axle of the Dana’s are, but if you’re not planning on lifting the rig a bit, clearance between the tie rod in Pitman arm will most likely be an issue.

do you fit in your garage? I would like to keep the cog as low as possible, but I need flex lol. What do you think of the psc ram assist? I’m thinking of adding that to the build, can you turn while bound up? And you are on 4.88s right ?

Also did you comment on the Facebook post in 392 owners? Wondering if that’s your jeep

Lol I’m not sure if it fits in the garage. I drilled and tapped the factory steering gearbox, and I’m running the factory pump without changing anything, and it will turn just fine in the rocks bound up however, under normal driving conditions like whipping into a parking spot or a quick left to right parking situation is the steering can get very slow, I’ve been considering going down one size on the rim to see if that helps speed it back up, but still gives me enough assist required. It drives find normal speeds etc. just if you’re doing a full U-turn or turning hard in and out of parking spots it can be a little slow.

Will the full psc kit solve those issues ?

I am not sure, I didn’t see the Facebook post. But I know my picture was getting passed around through a few shops because the kids had just came out.

Do you have a metal cloak draglink and tie rod, also what’s your axle width

No, I am running the fusion 2 1/2 ton set up that comes with the axles, both tire rod and drag link, which I am extremely happy with. I’ve hung whole front end of my jeep on that tie rod, and it came back pretty nicely.

My axles are 72 inches wide, that being said, I have on one instance, had my tire come in contact with the front bumper right by the grill. I’m running the genright aluminum bumper that accommodates the winch between the frame rails. I believe this will be resolved by little bit of trimming around the backside edges of the bumper.
