Order placed 11/21, confirmed 11/23. JLUS in Punk’N Orange. All major options except smoker’s group. No “accessory” options. (Can always add later)

Got my VIN three days after order confirmation. Seen two tracker updates so far, just “sales codes” according to the tracker.

This morning, the expected delivery date was updated to tomorrow, and Jeep Tracker is showing a mixed KZM / KZX status. I did have the dealer order the Mopar 5" & 7" LED auxiliary lights to be installed when it arrived, so I'm optimistic I might be able to pick it up Saturday or early next week. :fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed:

I thought for 392s, a trim of a certain bracket was needed on the

Awesome! Let’s go Team 392!!!!!! Enjoy!
I'm sure they sell a 392-specific kit but since I pulled this from my previous Rubicon I thought I would try it. Worked perfectly less the slight flattening of the driver hood bracket. If someone is trimming something, not sure why.

So I looked it up and there's a bracket on the passenger side to trim (I did not need to do this) and a grommet you adjust on the driver's side. DIdn't do either and there's no binding. Going to chalk those two spots to see if there's any rubbing but I just checked the struts and see no marks on them.

Awesome.. thanks for letting me know. I purchased the 392 specific kit from Redline. Just awaiting my recently built 392.

Today marks 152 days or 5 full months since my order was placed. Zero movement.

Jeep chat: "At the present time I have no updates to provide regarding your factory order. If you have any outstanding questions or order update inquiries, we do encourage you to reach out to your ordering dealership for the fastest response possible."

Dealership: "Once we submit the order to the factory, it is beyond my control. I'm sorry but there's not much information they provide us."

When I was ordering, I have been told 4-6 months from order to delivery, but with the build not even started 5 months in, the holiday season being in full swing and seeing some people's builds take 2-3 months to be delivered once they went into D1, I can easily see this dragging into March/April.

This is unbelievable. I have ordered and received cars from UK in less time than I've already spent waiting for the Jeep build to even start.

@Strategist, which dealer did you order from? I’m at 145 days in C on my 392, ordered from Granger.
I’m in North Georgia mountains. I really didn’t shop too much for my Jeep, but I will probably do so next time if things don’t go better with this one. Can’t figure what might have happened. Guess dealers are having trouble with the transaction of the vehicle buying process. Hope you get news soon! 145 days! ?

I was told 6-9 months, hopeful I’ll see it inFebruary, yet, that’s not looking likely at the moment. I ordered a 4xe Rubicon in early 2021, that took 7 months and I thought I paid my dues then, now starting to think that was prepping me for patience on the 392.
