I've got a pair of LP4 Pros mounted directly above my fairlead, and haven't had any issues. I'd say that as long as the lights don't impede winch line use at varying working angles, you should be good to go.Has anyone mounted a set of lp4 or 6 light with a fairlead mount? Trying to figure out where I want to mount a set to Motobilt crusher bumper.
What fairlead mount did you use or did you just drill mount holes?I've got a pair of LP4 Pros mounted directly above my fairlead, and haven't had any issues. I'd say that as long as the lights don't impede winch line use at varying working angles, you should be good to go.

I drilled holes in the top of the mopar steel bumper, so the lights could sit evenly spaced and centered under the bull bar. Maximus-3 does make a light mounting bracket for this bumper, which utilizes the middle 3 factory bolt locations. I just didn't have enough room under this specific bar for the extra +/- .75" of height that a bracket would take up.What fairlead mount did you use or did you just drill mount holes?
Hey @Headbarcode, That's one nice setup.I've got a pair of LP4 Pros mounted directly above my fairlead, and haven't had any issues. I'd say that as long as the lights don't impede winch line use at varying working angles, you should be good to go.

Did you do a custom bezel color on those A-Pillars @Headbarcode ?I drilled holes in the top of the mopar steel bumper, so the lights could sit evenly spaced and centered under the bull bar. I agree with lashlee above. They do look great when mounted further out and under the headlamps. Here's a pic of Litebrites Step Child, back when they had the Crusher bumper and LP6's...

The red Rubicon in that post you quoted is not mine. That's the "Step Child" from the youtube channel Litebrite. The a-pillar lights are your Squadron series with the standard black housing and bezel. I just can't recall if they are the Pros or Sports.Did you do a custom bezel color on those A-Pillars @Headbarcode ?
This is mine, and thanks BD! I couldn't be more pleased with your awesome lights. I just need a set of S2 pros with the combo lenses for aux backup/area lighting, and I'll be all set.Hey @Headbarcode, That's one nice setup.
Feel free to reach out to me regarding getting that S2 on order, I would love to help you out with that @Headbarcode.This is mine, and thanks BD! I couldn't be more pleased with your awesome lights. It's like having sunlight on a switch. These pics were taken out in the middle of a pitch dark agricultural property, about a mile from the nearest electrical pole...

That always seems to be a debatable topic when it comes to lights. I prefer keeping the lights down low for reverse but having them mounted on the spare tire area is a very common location as well @Headbarcode.Thanks, Brandon! Much appreciated!
I just have to decide between mounting them on top of the rear bumper or integrating them to the 3rd brake light and plate in the middle of the spare. Not sure if one spot would be more affective than the other.
i use the vison x fairlead light bracket. this will fit behind the fairlead with the capability to mount aux lights above the fairlead. here's the link. if you go back one page on that like, there's more options to choose from. What fairlead mount did you use or did you just drill mount holes?
Great setup. That mount looks like a really good option @cosine.i use the vison x fairlead light bracket. this will fit behind the fairlead with the capability to mount aux lights above the fairlead. here's the link. if you go back one page on that like, there's more options to choose from.
