Everyone that ordered a 23 should go and read the multiple threads on 22 orders and come up with your own conclusions. Just because you ordered a month before someone else doesn’t mean you get yours first, just because you have or don’t have a tow package, Sky One Touch, cold weather group, safety pkg, etc, doesn’t mean you do or don’t get yours made before or after someone else. Once your vehicle is built, it’s built, they aren’t leaving parts off to put them on in a lot after it’s built. I see some of the same people posting constantly about they ordered theirs way before someone else thats currently built or scheduled and they don’t understand why theirs isn’t made first.
Dont order a Jeep that you want and leave something off of it that you want just because you “heard” it may delay the build, near 100% chance it will not delay it. Only constant issue I have seen is High Altitudes could be a terrible wait, all weather floor mats were also a thing, but Jeep just took them off of the orders.
Sure I’m a newbie on here, (I’m not, had a different email and couldn’t reset my password) but I’m on my 6th Jeep order, so I have some experience with ordering.
If you live on the west coast or desert southwest, they might delay building your Jeep because they are backlogged on shipping. If you live in those areas your Jeep may have to take multiple trains rides before it gets to you. Then it still has to go on a truck to your dealership. They may decide to build more Jeeps that are going a shorter distance and can be shipped via a truck (300 - 400 miles or so) and can be delivered quickly.

I highly doubt that Jeep is delaying builds just to piss people off. Their production process may seem pretty screwed up, but there has to be a method to their madness. And even with all that said, there is still a real possibility that some parts might not be immediately available. Businesses cannot even keep store shelves stocked with food. Try to be patient, it may take a while.

Well that escalated quickly! Window sticker available through the Jeep tracker. Waiting for jeep.com says arriving 9/18!

Out of the oven waiting on delivery! Like most my original delivery date of 10/9 now says tbd. Was able to view the build sheet on waitingforjeep.com

Just for thought. When 2023 was open to orders dealers weren't allowed to order for their dealership stock. Now as the model year is underway I figure its time now that dealers can order for there stock. Sold orders should have priority but who knows so that could start to slow down some of the early progress we're seeing as the system gets more and more orders.

Reading this thread, it seems some of you folks are getting a bit to intense awaiting your new baby.
In fact some are worse than guys expecting their first child ;<)

Youtube just released a 20 minute video on the building of Wranglers.
Relax and Enjoy!
As you can see the good folks of Toledo are working hard to build your pride and joy.
And remember, Good things come to those that wait..

In this age of social media everything and this "instant ramen" consumer culture of ours, you would think Jeep would have a camera or two installed and send you short clips of your jeep being built. Not all Jeeps are spoken for already, although I would think that the ones being built are, but that would be cool nonetheless.

I 100% believe this - a sold Jeep doesn't count until the transaction is complete. When you look at a place like Gupton and the other high-volume dealers they could have thousands, if not even hundreds of thousands of dollars tied up in unrealized sales. I am pretty sure that would take priority over any other dealer that wants a few for their lots. Of course, dealers can't sell what they don't have, so yeah, I bet Jeep is getting hit from both ends.

My pizza has shipped!! Delivery date changed from 10-10 to 09-19! Only 3 more weeks of shopping before my driver is in my neighborhood with my delivery. Also, time to see how much Carmax will buy my current Jeep for. I guess I finally have to clean it.

That's a neat idea, as long as the cameras are mounted somewhere.

Had a dealership email me a video of their first complimentary oil change and inspection, which showed the guy trying to do everything while filming. It's like, dude, I'm glad you did what you were supposed to do, but put down the damn phone and use both hands before you mess something up.

F'ing Facebook generation ? ? ?

Reached out to my dealer to see what the latest build code was and he said, "Your build code shows STFU." I can't seem to find that on the list? Is that a new code?

HAHAHAHA! Kidding!!!

Time to check the pizza tracker for the 568th time today!

I assume that the keyboard was tampered with and that the punctuation keys were removed. C-. Also, I'm a janitor.

If you want a 2022 I may can hook you up. :) I Ordered one in April, built August 9 but was not the color I wanted - it was built as High Velocity. Tracker isn't showing it's shipped yet but sounds like I ordered what you ordered... just a 2022. I can send you the build sheet... but the Jeep is getting shipped to Dallas unless your dealer can talk to my dealer on getting it diverted to you.

I had to order a 2023 to get the color I originally ordered so I'm back in the waiting room.

PREACH IT BROTHER... That's what I've been saying...

Having sat on the 2022 Order thread just to have to start all over in the 2023... There is no rhyme nor reason for how these things get built. Just order what you want, grab your favorite beverage and click on the tracker 10000x a day until your Jeep arrives. Patience has never been a virtue of mine but you learn it when you order a Jeep.

Got seriously rear-ended merging onto I-40 recently and am ordering a replacement for my '21 JLR. Going to a WIlly's 2.0T since my wife's JLU Willy's is so awesome... fricking love that Jeep! Don't ever use the Rubi features around the property, just 4WD and decent tires is enough for my logging roads and corn fields.

Ordered the below build on 7/20 from Ourisman, leveraging the promotion before it expired... they got backed up on funneling them to FCA so it was confirmed on 7/27. Just got my VIN today!!!

2023 Wrangler JL Willy’s Edition (2.0L I4 DOHC DI Turbo, 8-Speed 850RE, Sarge Green / Heritage Tan)
- 2.72:1 Selec-Trac® Full-Time 4WD System
- Trailer-Tow and Heavy-Duty Electrical Group
- Alpine® Premium Audio System
- Black 3-Piece Hard Top
- Hardtop Headliner by Mopar
- Doors-Off Mirror Kit by Mopar
Update: The body shop has totaled my JLR as expected (section of the frame was “pretzled“) and now I am looking at upgrades for the incoming Willys. The JLR had wonky steering, so I installed a SteerSmarts Yeti XD Adjustable Front Track-Bar, Tie-Rod Assembly, Draglinks & Steering Stabilizer. I still experienced bump-steer, though less than with the stock parts. Now I am thinking about mixing a Fox 983 in to replace the SteerSmarts stabilizer, and adding MOPAR LCAs fir adjustable caster.

Anyone else running that mix (Fox 983, MOPAR LCAs, SS XD TB & tie-rod)?
