But then there’s also my Jeep that had original ETA of 5/8-5/12 and it’s still TBD in Alorton. I’m expecting it to get here within this week or next week though...(just a hope )

My original was 5/7-5/11 so very close to yours. My next one was 5/15-5/20. Praying it’ll get here by that time since the hotline said I was KZR. Hoping that’s right.

Mine has been sitting in the Nitro lot for almost a month with my eta changing 5 times, now it's eta is TBD. Unfortunately my Jeep is paid for, insured and licensed as the dealer wanted the sale for April Quotas.

As of last night the dealer and the factory rep said i was in KZS and i have no clue what the "S" stands for nor do they??? Because of the shipping delay they said both the factory and the dealer will compensate me in some way, either credit towards Jeep accessories and or make my first loan payment. I'll believe this when i see it.

What the hell? No way would I do that. Have they given you one off the lot to drive in the mean time? After a month, can you report it stolen? I’m shocked an insurance company would even write that policy given you don’t have possession/control over the vehicle.

Got my deposit back today. I asked for the trail rail management system to be removed. They wouldn't do it. Asked for a new order without it. They wouldn't do it. Asked for my deposit and they did that. Lost a sale on a $55k Jeep over a $200 option. The whole experience post placing the order was terrible.

What the hell? No way would I do that. Have they given you one off the lot to drive in the mean time? After a month, can you report it stolen? I’m shocked an insurance company would even write that policy given you don’t have possession/control over the vehicle.

Fortunately i drive a company car and didn't need it right away and i'm sure the dealer never told the insurance company that it wasn't sitting on the lot.

I did ask the question what if it gets damaged during shipping and was told that would be the responsibility of the shipping company. I do regret my decision now but maybe i'll get free Jeep parts????

I had a similar situation and had to cancel my order last week. They refused to give me my deposit back.

And to top it off Jeep Cares said it shipped on Friday to the dealer. I am excited and confused all at the same time

Just want to thank @JLWF Dealer Guy for the hard work he puts into tracking our Jeeps and everyone for all the info,tips and knowledge. I've had it for 2 days and it is worth the wait! I have not had any issues that's been talked about on this forum. No wind noise, welds look good, steering is fine, paint is flawless, no issues with electronic or infotainment system. I ordered dual tops and soft top was stuffed in the rear in a box. I will update if anything changes. It is my first Jeep and had to wait for kids to get older. Fist mod was antenna swap. (not shown)
