I've had a Rubi for a couple of years, and now my wife wants one! But... only if it's in tuscadero. I went to order it today, and the dealer told me it had been discontinued... AS OF TODAY. Talk about bad luck. I have a slight feeling they may have just been trying to get me to buy something on the lot though.

Does anyone else know?

They said they'll call their representative on Monday, but just trying to figure out what to expect.

I think Tuscadero was discontinued earlier than today.
Huh. It's still on the site, I'd assume they'd take it off it they didn't offer it, but I guess they'd be in no hurry to do that.

The website ordering is literally months behind actual ordering.
Tuscadero has been gone weeks now.

The website is months behind. It's not indicative of what you can order. Its indicative of what is available on dealer lots. The prices arent even accurate. Seems like they update it quarterly.

Well, damn it. She was super excited, too. Ah well. Thanks for verifying. That tool told me it was cancelled "just today." Sounds like just a way to get me down on the lot.

There is still quite a few out there for purchase and I’m sure they will continue to hit lots for a while considering how slow production is right now. Just a tip if you’re searching on autotrader you have to search by the color green, not pink. Who knows why!

You can find one if you search, my friend just picked hers up today off of a dealer order. And agree with above, they are under green, super weird.

You’re in western PA? I see a few Tuscaderos in various configurations in the Pittsburg area so like others have said, they’re out there. Here is an example:

I don’t see the window sticker on that one but it sure looks like the dealer tacked on a sizable ADM, which you’re going to run into everywhere right now buying off the lot. If she has to have one, one can be had.

Awesome, I've been looking for a bit now. I found a couple of Sahara's that meet her specs exactly within a couple hours. I've emailed the dealers, hoping they're still there. Thanks!

Can someone confirm this? When I ordered my Tuscadero in August, I was made to believe it was only going to be out for a very very short time so there weren’t going to be a lot out there on the road. When Jeep officially announced in early December it was only available to order until 12/31, I believed them again. Almost 2 months later, I’m still seeing it in every Wrangler configuration option on the website, which has also been updated very recently to include the new Silver color option.

Don’t know about my fellow Tuscaderos who ordered theirs when it first became available, but I’d rather not see as many Tuscaderos on the road than I see the amount of BIkini Pearls. It’s a real thrill seeing the reactions from strangers as if they’ve never seen a pink Jeep before. ?

I don’t know actual production numbers but there are multiple sources saying over 30,000 Tuscadero’s were ordered.

Keep us posted on your search efforts. I think that shopping only for Tuscadero will work in your favor. While it’s a great fun color that most people like, its not one they would consider buying. Therefore, there are a lot of them out there if you don’t mind traveling beyond your home base. Good luck.
