He said "I'm sorry, you did not completely fill out the required fields, you must fill out the *mandatory areas, as they are not optional".
I replied...I filled everything out, what did I miss?
Hey said "we have no orders with last name "V".
I gave him my last name....he said "great, be sure to fill it out completely next time"

And then disconnected me
