What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

50,000+ miles on my JK and the only time it cracked was from the inside when I bashed it with a pvc pipe.

I'm lucky I've only lost 1 windshield to a rock in my JK, which is at 122k. It has had a couple repairs, though, and is pretty pitted from sand and such. Funny thing...the leading edge of my hood doesn't have a single chip in it. Not one. I can't figure out how that can be. I've NEVER had a vehicle that did not collect some of those. Not one.

Installed my Rough Country / NFab Nerf Side steps ; will post picture when out of the garage, really love the looks it gives it. Also added the 13”AntennaX last week, and Rubi base wheels to come soon
Can’t wait for that final look !
Also considering removing the a)Sahara lettering, and the b)Wrangler Unlimited stickers cause : a) Who cares ? And b) If you need these to know what you’re looking at, then you don’t deserve to see them anyways ! Lol

The first one gets my vote. It looks like the Rubi hood which I think is awesome.

What difference from stock do you notice?

Well I can only comment on pavement right now... Not too happy about that.

The good: The install was cake, the little resi mount they provide is well thought out. They ride so much better than the stock shocks because of the larger diameter shaft, it soaks up the movement of a heavy 37" wheel/tire combo much better than the stock shocks did. When I hit dips and uneven parts of pavement the Jeep is much more stable and smooth. I really enjoy it now, much more than I already did, on pavement.

The bad: They are either mis-labeled, mis-advertised or whatever. Cycled the suspension yesterday because I had planned to wheel it out at Corral Canyon this morning and found that I lost almost a full inch of droop. So I measured everything and yeah, the King 2.5's are much shorter than the combo of stock rubicon shocks and Evo shock extensions. I am really bummed about this.

They advertise these part numbers for a 0-2.5" lift but then I look and every tag on the shocks and the box says 0-2". I'm hoping they get this figured out for me, losing that much travel on this small of a lift is really not an option.

Replaced my Trail Rated badge with a black and chrome one and removed my Jeep badges. I have a black font with blue outline Rubicon decal set coming to replace the red outline one on the hood but I don’t want to remove the existing until the other one gets here so I can line the new ones up properly and put them in the exact same location on both sides.

Gonna be all blue and black on the outside.
