Who here plans on getting aftermaket rims for their JL/JT? If so post up what you plan on getting.

I'm looking at some of these options:

But no way I'm dropping $4,500 on just wheels.

This is what I configured for my JLU order on KMC's website a set of XD8211 Rockstar 2's in matte black 20x9 I'm planning to pair them with Toyo Open Country A/T II AW series either 275/60/20 or 275/65/20 whichever doesn't need a lift or spacers. Im just trying to figure out what offset to get if anyone can help me with that.

Nice those are nice rims too! -12 offset meaning they'll stick out a bit correct? I'm new to offsets, hence why I'm having a hard time figuring out which one to get.

Yes they should. I don’t know all that much either but the aftermarket shop near me knows a lot and helped me with my order. I’m also gonna have them painted to match the Ocean Blue Metallic and look a little like this (but in blue obviously)

I got these in a couple days ago and sent the rings out for powder coating. Should have them mounted in a few days.

Looks good!!! could you show pics from the front and back? And is that a sport with stock suspension? Any spacers or rubbing issues? And how is the gas mileage and ride?

It is the Sport S w/ the Rough Country 2.5 inch lift. Ride is good. Roughly 16 mpg with automatic transmission, but it is all city and short distance driving. No spacers. Did have a little rubbing a full left/right. Trimmed the plastic on the front bumper with a blade where it was rubbing and no issues since. I will be replacing the front bumper when there are a few more options out.

I want to a see a JL with the AEV Salta rims. Especially in Onyx.

Forgot to ask, but when adding new rims and wheels. That are larger than factory, will I need to recalibrate my speedometer to compensate for the larger tires? I was using this calculator https://www.willtheyfit.com it was calculating that my speedo would lose reading accuracy of about 2 to 3% meaning at 60mph my speedo would read something like 59mph or something. Sorry Im new to putting bigger tires on vehicles.
