Showed up as what; being found, a brand new order, moved into D1?

Five existing orders moved into D1 today, making a total of 6 2drs in D1 on the spreadsheet. Still not me, unfortunately.

BTW, it looks like password protection has been removed from the spreadsheet so anyone can view it. Never understood why it was protected since it holds no personally identifiable information. The data can be useful to anyone with an outstanding order, or contemplating a new one, just to see how quickly builds are moving through the system.

How did you find out that you were in KZ status? I hope 2 doors are being built, I just would like to have definite information. There are none showing on the forum tracking spreadsheet. Did you sign up for that?

I took my VON and VIN to my local dealer and he researched it in their computer database. It did not state any further, as KZ-L or KZ-M or other travel progressions.

Hey, FYI....checked in with Darryl @ Jeep Chat a few minutes ago, been awhile. The “high points “ of our chat include....78 days my order in D status. (12/19/17 order). “ 4 major things holding up orders presently, soft tops, LED lights, some paint colors, and the fact they are two doors”. Huh? “Jeep not sorting JLs by engine type regarding turbos being built”. Third, “no answers” as to why 5 of 6 two door JLs in D1 status on spreadsheet are mid to late Feb. orders while 12/19 order sits in limbo. The winning quote.....” I realize the information I’m providing is very limited”. No comment on railcar shortages, once Wranglers are built.....Take what you want from this dialogue with Jeep’s “customer care”

One 2018 JL 2 Dr Rubi, Manual, Leather, Cold Weather group and Infotainment in Firecracker red with painted fenders and matching top will be available in Conway when delivered. Supposedly build has started. I bailed on Jeep and bought a car today. Couldn't wait and be strung along anymore plus all of the first year bugs. Tired of the delays, information blackout, overpricing and all the other complaints in this thread that I am in agreement with. I may come back for a 2019 model in a year or so or maybe not, but FCA totally ran me off with this launch and stretched brand loyalty beyond it's limits. That's even walking away from TL discount and Bonus Drive and the almost $5,000 off MSRP. No regrets.

I can totally relate - this 2dr JLR is to be my 3rd wrangler in 19 years. BUT, this mismanaged roll out is really beating any excitement I once had out of me. I should NOT say mismanaged as I believe more and more each day that it is simply $ talking with all FCA energy dedicated to producing the 4drs.

We should be happy they worked out the bugs and fine tuned the production process on 4-doors. Now the employees are qualified to build 2-doors.

We can hope, but in reality Jeep is near bottom of barrel in quality:

I am sure some are fine, and we will hear some heart warming stories about uncle Joe's Jeep never let anyone down, but the 2 star quality means most of us will have issues
