Since I'm keeping my JLR and some folks ordering a 392 might be swapping to D60's. I thought I'd post my interest in 392 D44 take off axles.

No disrespect intended...What would you gain by doing this swap? I'm sure I missed something...saw that the housings are supposed be a little thicker. I'm curious if/how it will be stronger than the mojave axles. Are there other upgrades? Do you prefer 3.73 gears over 4.10s?

I am expecting more will be beefed. Thicker tubes and iron knuckles are reported already and I'm thinking more info to come like, FAD housing, ball joints, bearings, axles shafts ? I already want 4.88 gears but do not feel it's worth investing in my JLR D44's.
I expect a 392 axle take off will be priced above a Rubi D44 axle and well below a Pro Rock 44. It all remains speculative.
