What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

My goal in buying my Jeep this month was to have the hard top off by Easter ... even if it was for only a day. I have been terribly busy at work. Finding free time recently has been difficult. A couple of weeks ago I splurged on a Top Lift Pro. I must say, it is WELL worth the money. It was sunny and 71 today. Happy Easter everyone!

nice set up, just curious...I live in a Condominium, and only have one parking space, do you think the Liftpro would be small enough to fit in the condo parking spot, and my Jeep? looks like it fits nicely in your garage.

Busy day.... Mounted my Rough Country spare tire relocation bracket, and Mopar tailgate reinforcement. Visibility out the center of my beadlocks isn't the greatest, but I rarely rely on the camera when backing up(My main concern is one of my four younger children or dogs running behind the Jeep as I'm backing out.)

Went to the dealership to get my defrost cable fixed . Same thing happened on my JK but it took 4 years to happen. Anyone else have this problem with the cable coming off the windshield?

Had it happen at 1,500 miles. No idea why.

They just fixed the post it attached too. It’s worked fine ever since. Apparently it happens a lot on Jeeps. It happened on my JK but not until after 50k miles on it.

Installed dual band vhf / uhf ham radio antenna. Still need to dress the coax

This is my 5th one ... never had an issue. Oh well. If this is all that happens to my JLU then I am good!

That’s sucks. I know the feeling all to well, I had the windshield replaced in my 2012 and 2014 JK. Only good thing about it insurance payed it all and nothing outta pocket. Safelite did the work and had me back on the road in no time.

Does your backup camera sensor make noise nonstop now when you’re in reverse? I’d really like to get that sound turned off.

I opted out of the safety package, so no warning sensors for me.
