Anyone found any deals in Utah or neighboring states? I'm trying to get out of a lease currently, but will be looking at a JLU Sport S for my next vehicle. When I test drove one a couple weeks ago they said there are no discounts. I've also got a relative in Idaho at a small dealer who says there is no wiggle room on the new JL's but I've noticed a couple Idaho dealers listing 5%+ under invoice. I'm looking to lease again, does that perhaps prevent me from getting a bigger discount?

Thanks @wanderer , I just emailed the contact from page 1 of this thread, Kyle Evans. If I don't hear back, I'll reach out to Nick. Are there any requirements to get the deal and do you know if the deals apply to leases?

Was wondering if I could get some input, please. I’m working with a dealer, and I was sent this configuration sheet. I kept racking my brain trying to figure out why this sheet is a little off from the on-line configuratior. I see where line item GXD (remote keyless entry) is on here, as well as the cold-weather group. According to the on-line configurator, this should be included with the cold weather group.

Should “GXD” be removed?

Remote start is included in the cold weather. Proximity Keyless entry is totally different and is a stand alone option.

Gotcha, I see that now. Was getting those two features confused. Thanks!

Decided to pull the trigger and order JLU Rubicon in Firecracker today from Jason Beltran over at Tyson Motors near Joliet, IL. Admittedly I was skeptical when I first heard about ANY dealers dropping their pants to move a totally new model but after trading e-mails with Jason and stopping in today I have to say it’s the real deal getting it for 6% below invoice. That definitely helped ease the pain of a little with the recent $750 vehicle and transit increase. MSRP on mine clocked in at a gut wrenching $55,460, but my price was $48,933.xx with the only “gotcha” really being a set of $200 locking lug nuts which every vehicle on their lot gets hit with.

I was surprised how painless the whole experience was considering I’ve not had many good dealer experiences. Even working out the trade in value on my 2012 JKU Rubicon was simple, gave my VIN # along with some pics and he came back with $25,500 which was the best of any dealer I was working with.

So now I wait, wait and strip off all the mods on my JK but the Synergy lift which I’m leaving installed.

Hi,

I’m shopping dealers right now. Is that 48,933 including the doc fee and $200 lug nuts?
