Remove Factory Halogen Fogs

How the heck do you access the factory halogen fog lights on a stock plastic bumper for the 2019 JLUS? I am trying to install @ORACLElights 20W LED fogs and I can’t even access the stock fogs because of the cover on the back side of the bumper.

I took off all the push pins but it seems to be stuck on something.

I have a Sport, so I could be wrong...

I think you have to remove the grill, then the small cover directly under the grill. There you will find a bolt on each side that needs to be removed.

You have to pull the plastic skid or at least loosen it. There are big push pins attached to the bottom edge of the cover.
