We wanted to share our product for those that tow. Our Extended View Blind Spot Mirrors are real glass, made in the USA and we have designed them to have the same curvature level as the integrated blind spot mirrors on trucks like a Ram 1500, F150 or similar. That means you don't get the far away view or significant distortion found on more common stick-on mirrors, and you have much better depth perception within the spotter.

We regularly tow 6-7 foot wide and 12-14 foot long trailers with our Jeep and the added visibility is very helpful.
A U-Haul 6x12 is a very common trailer for us to move parts and products with.

In addition to towing, these are excellent for daily driving, wheeling and parking.
We designed them to custom fit the top or bottom, so that they can be used by every model with or without blind spot monitors. You can also choose if you prefer upper or lower based on your height and preferences.

Please use code Military10, which only works on our direct website (not Amazon, eBay, etc.).

We welcome this for veterans, active duty, and first responders.

We sincerely appreciate your service 🇺🇸

Nice, was looking for a set for our JLU. Order placed via Amazon...
Thank you very much!

Quick note, our team has just sent in a few thousand sets to Prime fulfillment. A large majority is for Wranglers and Gladiators.

They alerted us that Prime inventory is low and they are very slow these days to update and check it in.

If one or the other is out of Prime, the mirrors on the Gladiator and Wrangler are the same and are 100% cross compatible.

When we placed the order, it said it was gonna be a bit. Like 10 days or something. It's all good. Just want the wife to have a good view while getting on the highway at on ramps. AND for when we're towing too. Thanks again...

Purchased a set of these May of 2023. Passenger side worked ok. With the drivers side turned all the way out I was seeing 3/4 of the side of the jeep. Sorry, I wasn't impressed.

We appreciate the feedback. Something is not quite right here though!

1) You get the bigger boost in visibility on the driver's side, not the passenger side. In the USA, the driver mirror is flat and the passenger is Convex. That is why the passenger side says objects are closer than they appear, and only on the passenger side. There is still some extra visibility to be had for parking and towing on the passenger side. But adding convex glass to convex glass is not nearly as impactful as on the driver side, which is convex on flat glass.

2) You very possibly have a mechanical issue with your factory mirror stopping it from going the full range of motion. I own a few of these vehicles and our team has even more combined. We've also had our hands on many testers while developing these. We have never seen a mirror pushed all the way that shows mostly the Jeep in the spotter as you mentioned, especially 75% of the view being the Jeep.

I have gone out to my Wrangler to show you two examples:

Here is my factory mirror pushed all the way out.
Jeep Wrangler JL Custom Blind Spot Mirrors For Wrangler Towing Fully Extended

On the right you can see the Jeep is not visible or nearly visible in the factory mirror. On the left, you can see a sizable amount of the housing in the spotter and factory mirror. This is the maximum outward position of a properly functioning factory mirror. As you can see, the view is not mostly the Jeep in the spotter mirror, and there is quite a bit of extra area seen vs the factory flat glass.

This second image is my factory mirror out about 80-85 percent of the way. All else remains the same:

Jeep Wrangler JL Custom Blind Spot Mirrors For Wrangler Towing 88%

In area 1, you can now start to see the Jeep Fender. In area 3, you see less of the housing in the factory mirror as it is still mostly out, but not all the way out. In area 2, the spotter, you do see more of the Jeep, but it is still far from most of the view and there is still quite a bit of extra visibility.

Example 1 all the way out would be the best, as you get maximum visibility all around in both mirrors. Seeing mostly the Jeep in our mirrors if they are angled all the way out would indicate an issue.

I hope these examples are helpful.

I love the NXTGEN mirrors. I bought a set for my 2020 Wrangler and had a second set waiting when I traded the 2020 in on the 24 Wrangler.

I had a set on my 22 Ranger, and purchased a new set for the 24 GMC when I traded the Ranger in.

And lastly I put a set on my 2020 Escape.

Question for @NXTGENAutomotive ......I am almost 100% sure that I installed them correctly on the 24 GMC. The drivers side is great, but it seems that the view on the passenger side is to far to the right. Any chance that you have photos of a 24 GMC installation like you have for the Jeep mirrors above?

Wow a true NXTGEN ride or die!! We love it 🤣👍

I don't have a GM truck at my disposal right now to give you a demo, but it is a similar situation with most spotter mirrors we make (bottom mount low cars being the exception).

Before GM started adding the blind spot monitors, they only gave a driver side spotter on the non HD trucks. For reasons mentioned above in one of our previous posts, they didn't feel the passenger side needed a convex spotter with a big factory convex mirror. There is still benefit to having a spotter over there though. We usually will set the passenger side factory mirror the reverse of the driver's side due to that.

What do I mean by that? I'll show you an example from our RAV4 mirror set. Compared to the Jeeps, the Rav4 has very big side mirrors in relation to the car, more like what GM does. They are big mirrors on the trucks, and the RAV4 is like this too.

On the driver's side, we have done the traditional SAE mirror settings. You don't see anywhere near the vehicle in the factory mirror and our spotter fills in all of the dead areas around the vehicle and out a few lanes.

The passenger side we took a bit different approach and we recommend you try this on your truck.
This is how we set our personal Jeeps with our spotter mirrors too.

Jeep Wrangler JL Custom Blind Spot Mirrors For Wrangler Towing IMG_0087

Given the size of this mirror, we set it in much further and lower than normal, for the reverse view in the factory mirror. You can see the side of the vehicle, lines, curb and right along side of you in the main mirror (this is the spotter view on the driver side). Then our spotter mirror shows the areas further out that you would otherwise be missing having your factory mirror on the passenger side positioned more down and in. The furthest out lanes and approaching cars from further back are seen in our mirror, which overlaps your center mirror. Should you be towing or hauling, and the center mirror is blacked. Our mirrors will show what you'd be missing in the center mirror on both sides.

You still have an enhanced field of view, you are just seeing different things in different mirrors on each side.

I hope this makes sense.

If it is OK with you, I'd like to send you a PM couple of photos of how I have them installed on the 24 GMC Sierra 1500

Mine was installed on the bottom as shown in the picture from your ad on Amazon. Mirror was all the way out. If it had been out more I would have not been able to see.
