Oh, I didn't even realize you were a NC guy. I know Stephen and lived in Apex up until last October when we moved to UT. OK, I'm guessing it will go by then since I'll be listing it soon. Mind if I ask what you are paying for it so I know what to list it at :)

Not sure we settled on a final price, but he mentioned something in the $225 neighborhood I believe.
