After more research, it appears that these things will not fit on a Sahara. It looks like the bumper shapes aren't all the same.

Interested in adding the ft bumper closure panels to my 2020 Wrangler Sahara. A lot of sites say they won't fit on a Sahara, but I don't see any reason why they wouldn't. Can anyone confirm whether they will fit or not?

Trying to prevent the road spray & slush from flying through the opening.
