Wires/Connectors Behind Glovebox

When you remove the glovebox there's a set of connectors, one green, one white. There's also a smaller one off to the right. Does anyone know what these are and what they're for?

What is the gray colored one to right by itself? I just noticed mine is disconnected and doesn’t have a place to connect it.

It's possible that is the connector for the right front passenger speaker.
