Wire connector under Driver Cowl

Anyone know what the connector mounted under the driver's side cowl cover? It is pinned down and is the male end of a harness. Not sure what it controls. There is no female end.

That connector connects to the adaptive cruise control system that is mounted to the rear view mirror on the windshield. If you don't have that option, the cable is just there like yours.
