Wind noise coming through passenger door

Really high pitched noise coming through passenger door, 2025 rubicon 4dr less than 2000 miles. Jeep cares say it’s normal, not. Have test drove other 2025s and they are quiet compared to this one. Dealer has changed door gaskets and hands tied. Added some temp gasket materials between door and pillar has help. Wondering if any good aftermarket fix

Sorry, 90% of the forum will be helpful. I am the other 10%. TBH, Wranglers make noise. if you focus on it, it will drive you crazy. If the dealership has changed the door gaskets, is there a chance that it is coming from the windshield or freedom panels?

There’s a little wedge shaped piece of plastic trim on the lower front edge of the door glass. That’s where the problem is. I pulled mine off with a trim tool and put 3M double sided automotive molding tape around the edges. Then I put duct tape over the holes in the door, that the trim piece covers. I slit those pieces of duct tape with a razor, so the tabs of the trim piece could be pushed back in, then put the trim piece back on.

When you pull it off, and see what a bad design it is, it’ll make you wonder what they were thinking. No reason for the holes, or trim piece, it should just be smooth there. All I can think of is that maybe the original design had the mirror mounted there.

Had the same issue along with water dripping in durring light rain when driving. The leak was the t shaped gasket between doors and hard top. (Top of b Pilar. The wind noise was solved by just moving the striker in about 1-2 mm. Manual says rear of door should be flush IIRC. Firmly believe is should be just under flush. All my other JLs were and never had much of any wind noise unless I was on the freeway pretending it was a race car

I have same problem . I know the t shaped gasket your refer to but what is a striker?

The striker is the u shaped piece where the door closes, if you ever used tube doors, then you would know exactly where it is.

Ordered new seals from Jeep Leak Fixed/ Wrangler Weather Guard. Hoping to get this fixed.
we did add more general weather stripes to passenger pillar and it did eliminate problem, looks hacked. Used air compressor and shot air to see if any leaks, none. Will send update
