Who makes this front bumper?

i've been looking to see who makes this bumper and having no luck. its in the latest issue of four wheeler magazine. so does anyone know who makes this bumper.

To be honest it almost looks photoshopped a bit. The runner lights in front of the grill look distorted as hell.
That base bumper could be a VPR.
