What is “spring?” That’s a seldom-heard word down here in Florida. We only have two seasons: the Wet Season and the Dry Season.🤣

I'm a northerner who lived in South Georgia for over a decade. In my opinion, down there, there are three seasons: Hot, Hotter, and God I'm Gonna Die.

I just found a set of half doors in my area but my brain is telling me I would be crazy to spend 6k for a set especially since I'm in the North East where I could only really enjoy in the warmer weather.

Springtime means Moab for me. I made a trip 3 weeks ago for a couple of trails. I'll be going again next weekend for another trail. Then in mid-April I'll be there for 9 days at the Easter Jeep Safari. I should move there.

I can’t decide which is worse. The summer trail dust around here that winds up all over the interior. Or the winter mud that exfoliates the exterior. Mother Nature’s clay bar paint treatment?

We had a spat of decent weather here in Northern Idaho so I spent the weekend down at the cabin. 60 degrees was the high, with just above freezing at night. I actually was able to drive around with the windows down, lol.

I am ready. I have some maintenance to do to the Jeep and have been putting it off until warmer weather is here. It is currently snowing. Will be off roading tomorrow at a local park. Nothing special. April, will bring our first camping trip. Then loose plans to do some wheeling in May.

I alos have a Camanche project that I want to work on.

We just got back from Alaska. We plan to spend a month in Colorado this year and then maybe wheel in Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and hike in Maine if the fall. Loose plans to head to the Thailand for next winter.

On a side note, I kept a beater car so I can run the top and doors off the Jeep for the whole summer.
Come on out to PA. Great trails here at AOAA and Rausch Creek!

I was there last year after going to Uncle John's Cider Mill. Fun little course.

The plan is to wheel AOAA in the fall as we make our way to Maine for some hiking. Probably the end of September... first part of October.
