Which quadratech liner? Leather or regular? (Has sub)

The back story is that I contacted Quadratech and didn't have the best experience. So I'd like to make sure I order the correct one. 
Also... if there's an option for a liner that is better, I'm open to suggestions!

The Quadratech cargo liner has options. Leather, no leather, sub, no sub.
I have a Freedom with a "sorta" leather seat. I believe that since it has the piece of carpet there (gap cover?) that I need to use the one for leather, but I'm not certain.
Quadratech support was poor. When I spoke with them, they didn't really seem to even know what a Freedom was. LOL.
