These are the little zip ties that go around your electrical cable and then plug into your frame. On amazon I can buy the single version of this which is called a fir tree zip tie but I can’t seem to find the double wide version like this. Has anybody else found them?

The parts guy at your local dealer can usually find this kind of stuff. Sometimes this stuff is pretty cheap and sometimes it floors you. I found the fender flare retainers at the dealer for a reasonable price.

These are stated as being to fit 1/4" hole.

If you google "cable tie push mount" you'll get a lot of leads. If the hole in the body is about 1/4", you should be able to find a workable cable tie at a NAPA, Autozone or O'Reilley. If you want the exact OEM part, good luck.
